At Dutch Leaf Cones, we trace our roots back to the Netherlands, where we’ve been supplying Dutch coffeeshops since the early 80s. Our company was born from the need for high-quality, production-ready pre-roll cones. As a part of Dutch Leaf, a well-known European wholesaler, we saw a growing demand for white-label pre-rolls in the cannabis industry. Leveraging our expertise and high-quality products, we’re now expanding into North America, building strong connections and exploring new opportunities.
Our factory in Indonesia brings over 20 years of expertise, where skilled artisans undergo 6 months of training to master the art of perfect cone production. Each cone is carefully hand-rolled with precision, ensuring that in just 14 seconds, a perfect cone is created.
This meticulous attention to detail, combined with our no-nonsense approach, is what sets us apart. We focus on delivering consistent, high-quality cones, backed by rigorous testing to ensure they meet our strict standards. This results in the lowest fallout rate in the industry, meaning your production runs smoothly and without interruption.
Our Story
Hailing from the Netherlands, the pioneering nation in cannabis culture, we’ve supplied Dutch coffeeshops since 2001, with roots going back to the early 80’s as one of the original coffeeshops. Dutch Leaf Cones grew from the need for superior, production-ready products, delivering the industry’s lowest fallout rate, backed by our warranty and personal after-sales service.

Our cones are made from the highest-quality European paper, FSC-certified and produced under strict European quality and safety regulations. European quality means reliability you can verify, with every claim supported by measurable results and full documentation.
Each batch carries a batch number and is tested by independent labs for structural integrity, fallout rate, machine compatibility, heavy metals, pesticides and other contaminants.

To meet our exacting standards, we established a dedicated factory in Indonesia, bringing decades of knowledge and experience in creating the perfect cone. Here, craftsmanship meets scale, with every employee trained for months in hand-rolling and quality control. Our ISO 9001-certified facility provides stable employment, fair wages and European-standard benefits in a secure, well-controlled environment.
Every cone is inspected by hand, with up to 10% rejected to ensure only flawless batches reach our customers. This is how we achieve the lowest fallout rate in the industry.
